Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) seeks a Commercial Maintenance Technician to service multiple sites, performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. The role requires readiness for after-hours calls and strong safety awareness.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry skills, plus solid customer service and time management abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Five years previous maintenance experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with core company values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs; keep logs and records.
• Address safety, environmental and building operation needs and respond to work orders.
• Coordinate outside contractors and obtain approvals for work orders as needed.
• Ensure operations are safe and align with site procedures and policies.
