Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial in Columbus, OH to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects. Local candidates only, with ownership in an ESOP company and a strong emphasis on client and stakeholder relations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in commercial construction and a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience). Candidates should demonstrate independent, multi-project management skills, proficiency in Procore, Word, and Excel,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction, with proven Project Manager experience in commercial construction.
• A 4-year degree with 2–4 years of related PM experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Portfolio: must submit a commercial project list alongside your application.
• Procore familiarity and strong MS Word/Excel skills.
• Analytical ability to read complex financial and legal documents and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful, cost-effective execution of commercial developments while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive construction schedules.
• Direct and train on-site personnel, manage daily performance, and resolve on-site issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, design professionals, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication.
• Act as a dedicated sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
