Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead one or more construction projects in our New Jersey portfolio. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost tracking, safety, and quality across multiple sites, mentoring on-site staff and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include securing permits, maintaining schedules, coordinating trades, conducting field inspections, and preparing daily reports. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and understand building plans and specs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure permits and approvals are secured, posted, and renewed as required.
• Develop, update and maintain the project schedule including master and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of duties.
• Monitor work to ensure quality control and safety compliance across sites.
• Prepare daily construction reports and maintain on-site records.
