Green Leaf Construction seeks a Full-Time Superintendent to lead onsite projects in New Jersey. You will develop schedules, manage shop drawings, and coordinate trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of commercial superintendent experience, proficiency with Procore, Excel, and Word, and a strong focus on safety and collaboration with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a commercial superintendent with design-build ground-up experience.
• Commercial construction experience is essential for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and cost-effective plans to drive projects to completion.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and manage shop drawings.
• Communicate performance and schedule issues to the Project Manager.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate tradespeople for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
