Job summary

U.S. Ski & Snowboard in Park City, UT is seeking a Special Events Manager to own the production and flawless execution of multiday events. You will manage logistics, content coordination, gifting, vendor management, and on-site production across a multi-day program.

The role requires 3+ years in producing multi-day conferences, strong budget ownership, and the ability to travel up to 35%. CMP or similar certification preferred; occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing multi-day conferences, summits, or similar group programs, CMP or similar preferred.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets.
• Must be able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally up to 35%.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders required.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays around event calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of multi-day gatherings: Partner Summit, Board of Trustee Meetings, Ambassdor Meetings and other multi-day events.
• Manage group hotel blocks, meeting space contracting, and on-site logistics across multiple days.
• Manage gifting and support the development of food & beverage for all multiday events.
• Coordinate agenda, content, and speaker logistics with department stakeholders.
• Own event-specific budgets, tracking expenses against targets across the full multi-day program.
