Job summary
Softchoice is seeking a Solution Lead to act as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will guide customers through platform decisions, lead teams of architects and consultants, and bridge pre-sales with delivery to ensure successful cloud transformations.
The role requires deep cloud expertise, business acumen for P&L management, and the presence to engage C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive enterprise IT experience with leadership.
- Proven track record in pre-sales and delivery ownership across cloud platforms.
- Active certifications across AWS, Azure, and GCP required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Lead design and delivery of complex cloud transformations across multiple workstreams.
- Guide provider-selection decisions based on workload, cost, governance and strategy.
- Review architecture documents, deployment plans and SOWs for quality and consistency.
- Maintain certifications and represent Softchoice at events and partner briefings.
- Mentor architects and consultants; drive team performance and delivery quality.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities within active engagements.
