Job summary

Softchoice, a leading IT solutions provider, seeks a Solution Lead to own the technical and delivery authority for multi‑cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will translate business challenges into transformation strategies and guide a team of architects and consultants to deliver results.

You’ll bridge pre‑sales and delivery, engage with C‑level stakeholders, and ensure platform decisions align with workload, governance, and long‑term strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT with technical delivery and leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of architects/consultants.
• Proven track record in pre-sales solution design and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and client value.
• Fluency across AWS, Azure, and GCP for platform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead design and delivery of multi-workstream cloud transformations.
• Guide provider-selection decisions based on workload, cost, and governance.
• Review architecture documents, deployment plans, and statements of work.
• Stay at the edge of cloud innovation and translate trends into service offerings.
• Represent Softchoice at industry events and customer advisory boards.
