Qualifications

• MD/DO required with 8+ years of clinical experience.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians including Physicians, ARNPs and PAs to deliver high‑quality care.
• Oversee clinical practice, education, and adherence to patient safety standards.
• Partner with Market CMO and operations to implement model of care and cost improvements.
• Participate in provider committees and drive performance reviews and education.
