Job summary

TransUnion is seeking Sr. Consultants to lead the architecture of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) products from a Chicago HQ while supporting various telecommuting sites across the U.S.

You will translate complex business requirements into robust, production-ready systems and act as the primary technical liaison to clients. You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and guide multiple priorities with care for quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field plus 3 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech software architecture and design required.
• Advanced SQL (manipulate, join, and filter datasets) and ETL methodologies/technologies are required.
• Data visualization using Tableau, Data Studio or Power BI is required.
• Experience with MTA, MMM, and closed-loop measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) products and guide technical decision making.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between TransUnion and clients on large cross-functional projects.
• Represent the MTA team independently and drive innovation across development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide associate level team members and manage concurrent priorities.
