Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sr Developer in Software Development for a remote role. You will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-based enterprise applications that power the OneTru ecosystem.

You will participate across the full SDLC, translating business needs into scalable, secure solutions. You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and contribute to reliability and performance improvements while collaborating with architects and product teams in a distributed, cloud-native

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle and strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and conduct effective code/design reviews.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-based enterprise applications and shared platform capabilities.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient designs and solutions.
• Develop maintainable, well-documented, thoroughly tested code adhering to standards.
• Design and develop shared services, APIs, and infrastructure components used across OneTru products.
• Provide technical leadership through code/design reviews, mentoring, and best practices.
