Zusammenfassung

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer, Applications Development to design, develop, and support large-scale Java-based enterprise applications and global platforms. You will lead cloud-native microservices architecture, implement CI/CD/DevSecOps, and ensure high availability across multi-region deployments.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and work in a hybrid setting with in-person collaboration at a TU office for a minimum of two days weekly.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong experience designing and developing distributed systems, microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven applications.
• Experience building cloud-native applications and deploying solutions on cloud platforms, with GCP preferred.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading incident resolution efforts.
• Experience working with highly regulated data and implementing security controls, including authentication, encryption, authorization, and OWASP best practices.

• Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and software quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Apply security best practices, secure coding standards, and data protection controls for highly regulated and sensitive data environments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI-powered capabilities where appropriate to improve engineering productivity and solutions.
