Job summary

D2 Integrated Solutions in Oreland, PA seeks a Systems/Network Engineer who owns infrastructure, cloud, security, and migration projects for a defined set of MSP clients. You will manage technical relationships, drive improvements, and deliver end-to-end solutions with urgency and precision.

You will troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, Office 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and virtualization while mentoring Tier I/II staff and developing repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems/Network Engineering in MSP or multi-client environment.
• Windows Server 2016–2025 and Active Directory proficiency.
• Virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware) and networking expertise.
• Backup, disaster recovery, and EDR/security solutions.
• Strong project management and ability to deliver end‑to‑end projects.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, cloud, security, migration, and onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Design and implement network infrastructure and Office 365/Google Workspace environments.
• Lead client communications, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal documentation and playbooks.
• Act as final escalation point for complex incidents and issues.
