Job summary

Arrow Team is seeking a technically proficient Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will architect, deploy, maintain, and support secure, scalable server and endpoint environments for SMB and mid-market clients across industries.

You will act as escalation engineer and infrastructure lead for onboarding, projects, and complex operational issues. This role emphasizes designing solutions, leading deployments, automating repetitive tasks, and owning client success from a systems

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on systems engineering experience including design, implementation and administration of Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Prior MSP or consulting experience supporting multiple concurrent clients.
• Strong expertise with core Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, certificate services, and file/print services.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage systems.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Azure IaaS, AWS EC2, hybrid identity/connectivity.
• Competency in endpoint management and security: Intune, patch management, backup/recovery solutions.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional documentation, follow-through, and time management skills.
