Job summary

Pileus Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver client solutions built on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure. You will work under operations leadership, combining independent execution with collaboration on projects, escalations, and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP or similar technical services environment.
• Hands-on delivery from planning through implementation and support transition.
• Strong documentation, knowledge sharing, and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementations, migrations, and remediation tasks across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, servers, networking, firewalls, endpoint security, backup, and related technologies.
• Own escalations as a Level 2/3 resource for infrastructure, cloud, identity, and cybersecurity issues.
• Execute implementation plans, change plans, and validation steps for assigned projects, with thorough documentation and handoff.
• Onboard new clients and drive re-standardization to align with Pileus standards.
• Build reusable engineering assets: runbooks, templates, and change plans.
• Support major incidents with RCA input and cross-team coordination.
• Share knowledge with peers through clear case notes and documentation.
• Improve service by addressing recurring issues and updating tooling or workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success on discovery, validation, and readiness reviews.
• Model disciplined use of HaloPSA and related systems with accurate records.
