Job summary

WorldNet Telecommunications LLC is seeking a highly experienced Managed Services Specialist in Guaynabo, PR to own the technical lifecycle of managed cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity, backup, hosting, and infrastructure platforms. You will act as the senior escalation resource, ensuring SLA compliance and service availability across both customer and internal environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and lifecycle management of Managed Services platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure SLAs and operational standards are met across platforms.
• Monitor service health, availability, capacity and performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity, and hosted services.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual tasks and improve consistency.
• Develop operational standards, procedures and technical documentation.
