Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL), Rare Epilepsies, to provide field-based medical leadership across Lundbeck's NeuroRare portfolio. You will build deep relationships with KOLs, translate complex science into actionable insights, and support pre-launch evidence strategy in multiple U.S.

regions. The role requires an advanced life sciences degree, 5+ years of healthcare or related experience, and 2+ years in customer-facing Field Medical Affairs, with ability to travel

Qualifications

• Accredited advanced degree in a health or life sciences-related field.
• ≥5 years of healthcare or related experience (industry, clinical practice, research, academic, or managed markets).
• ≥2 years of customer-facing Field Medical Affairs experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organization.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and sustains deep, longitudinal scientific partnerships with KOLs, Centers of Excellence, and investigators in rare epilepsies.
• Acts as a trusted scientific expert through compliant scientific exchange advancing disease biology and endpoints.
• Generates pre-launch actionable field medical insights by testing value narratives and evidence gaps.
• Synthesizes and communicates insights with implications for evidence strategy, publication planning, and education.
• Ensures timely, accurate CRM documentation of insights.
