Lundbeck seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL) for Rare Epilepsies in Philadelphia, PA. This field-based role partners with KOLs and investigators to advance NeuroRare medical strategy, generate evidence-based insights, and ensure launch readiness.

Ideal candidates have advanced life sciences degrees, 5+ years healthcare experience, and 2+ years in Field Medical Affairs, with ability to travel up to 50–75% across the US.

Formación

• Accredited advanced degree in health or life sciences.
• ≥5 years healthcare or related experience (industry, clinical practice, research, academic, or managed markets).
• ≥2 years customer-facing Field Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience supporting pre-launch assets, including KOL identification and strategic mapping.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate insights into dialogue and decision-relevant insights.
• Strong communication skills to influence without authority.
• Ability to build trust and operate in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and sustain long-term scientific partnerships with KOLs and centers of excellence.
• Serve as a scientific expert through compliant scientific exchange.
• Generate pre-launch actionable field medical insights and test value narratives.
• Synthesize insights with implications for evidence strategy and portfolio decisions.
• Ensure compliant documentation of insights in CRM systems to Lundbeck standards.
• Partner with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to align field activities with scientific priorities.
• Support advisory boards, IITs, grants, and collaborations aligned with NeuroRare strategy.
• Deliver non-promotional disease education and maintain scientific rigor across field activities.
• Contribute to Field Medical initiatives and mentor new MSLs.
• Complete training and regulatory documentation on time.
