Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support prelaunch and launch activities in CNS disorders. You will build trusted relationships with investigators and stakeholders, translate clinical data into insights, and educate clinical sites for launch readiness.

This role requires independent, proactive engagement in a fast-moving environment. You will work cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to shape field

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• Ability to translate data into insights for field teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators.
• Deliver scientific exchange on disease state and data.
• Educate clinical sites for launch readiness.
• Synthesize field insights to inform strategy.
• Engage KOLs and influencers to support engagement.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Represent Praxis at scientific events and advisory engagements.
• Maintain CNS expertise and monitor competitive developments.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulations and Praxis SOPs.
