Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the Cardiovascular Metabolic area in Central Pennsylvania. This field-based role engages cardiometabolic opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate scientific data aligned with Amgen’s goals.

You will educate payers and providers on value, outcomes, and economic data, and support formulary processes. Qualified candidates hold a Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with substantial Medical Affairs experience, and demonstrate

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Master’s degree & 6 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of Medical Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cardiometabolic opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate and advance scientific platform in line with Amgen goals.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data for payers, providers, and access partners.
• Provide in-depth clinical and economic support to payers, IDNs, and formulary committees; share insights with internal teams on trends.
