Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a life sciences bioprocess professional to support North America customers in the Mobius single-use portfolio. Based in the Burlington, MA M Lab Collaboration Center, you will run hands-on trainings, troubleshoot issues with quality and service teams, and capture best practices from the field.

You will educate customers on handling SUT, collaborate with product management, and travel up to 30% to support sites across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or biotechnology required.
• 5+ years of bioprocess industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with single-use technologies (SUT) for design, implementation, troubleshooting, and quality investigations.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on proper handling, storage and transport of SUT during site visits or virtually.
• Develop, update and deliver hands-on customer trainings on SUT.
