Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Burlington, MA is seeking a Life Science MSAT specialist to join the Americas team. Based at the M Lab Collaboration Center, you will conduct biopharmaceutical process development, scale-up, and manufacturing support for our Mobius single-use systems portfolio, collaborating with commercial, quality, applications, and product management teams.

You will educate customers on handling and troubleshooting SUT, drive improvements from field findings, and contribute to publications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering or biotechnology; 5+ years bioprocess industry experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with SUT in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and driving quality investigation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on proper handling, storage and transport of SUT during site visits or virtually.
• Develop, update and deliver hands-on customer trainings explaining best practices for using SUT.
• Partner with technical service and quality teams to troubleshoot, manage and resolve customer complaints and follow up actions.
• Capture and collate improved design practices for configurable SUT based on field findings and promulgate within the organization.
• Drive thought leadership activities including publications or briefs, conference presentations, and participation in industry working groups.
