Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering or biotechnology and 5+ years of bioprocess industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SUT in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and driving quality investigation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on proper handling, storage and transport of SUT during site visits or virtually.
• Develop, update and deliver hands-on customer trainings explaining best practices for using SUT.
• Partner with technical service and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, including hands-on work in the pilot lab.
• Capture and collate improved design practices for configurable SUT and promote within the organization.
• Drive thought leadership activities including publications, conference presentations, and industry working groups.
