The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Engineering Specialist-Signal & Image Processing and Modeling & Simulation Engineering for a full-time, onsite role in El Segundo, CA, or Chantilly, VA. You will translate program needs into advanced MS&A tasks, lead technical analyses, and present findings to program offices and customers.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years in multi-disciplinary environments, and advanced Python and C++.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field from an accredited school.
• 8+ years of professional engineering/scientific experience in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Technical understanding of space operations, simulations, and C2.
• Advanced experience with Python and C++.
• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work on dynamic assignments and adapt to changing customer expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Top Secret/SCI).

Responsabilidades

• Translate program needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks.
• Represent CMED as a technical authority.
• Lead and contribute to technical analysis projects with timely, accurate deliveries.
• Model and analyze enterprise-level integrated missions.
• Develop and present briefings and reports for programs and customers.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a learning environment.
• Travel occasionally as required.
