An established, long-standing manufacturer and industry leader with thousands of employees across multiple U.S. and global locations is seeking a Principal Planner to drive supply chain strategy at its growing, state-of-the-art 24/7 manufacturing facility.

This role offers high executive visibility and a clear path toward future leadership opportunities as the plant continues to expand. This role requires a strong background in MRP/ERP systems (Oracle EBS/ASCP), extensive manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in production/manufacturing within a global company.
• Strong MRP knowledge and ERP proficiency with ASCP and Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer expectations.
• Optimize MRP signals to ensure production and inventory flow.
• Lead continuous improvement and train Planning team on data sources.
