Job summary

Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is seeking an MRI Tech PRN to supervise imaging staff, coordinate scheduling and ensure high-quality MRI services. The role emphasizes maintaining equipment, coordinating with vendors, and improving patient flow while upholding safety and CQI standards.

Qualified candidates have MRI program completion, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification, and Texas licensure. Leadership experience is preferred to support the department’s goals and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of MRI.
• Associates of Science or Higher preferred but not required.
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT and Texas license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises imaging staff and ensures staffing needs are met.
• Maintains MRI equipment and schedules maintenance without impacting patients.
• Ensures efficient workflow and timely patient start times.
