Methodist Hospital Metropolitan in Texas is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining MRI equipment, and ensuring efficient patient throughput while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have an accredited MRI program graduate, a relevant degree, four years of MRI experience, and a current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT license with Texas licensure. Leadership experience is preferred to support department goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of MRI.
• Associates of Science or higher preferred.
• Four years MRI experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Required licenses: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT; Texas Medical Board License; BLS (American Red Cross).

Responsabilités

• Supervises assigned personnel and staffs the imaging section for peak productivity.
• Operates MRI equipment and ensures proper positioning and protocol adherence.
• Maintains inventory and service records; schedules preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Ensures on-time patient throughput and efficient room turnaround.
• Leads orientation, training and staff development; evaluates performance.
• Collaborates with vendors and other departments to support patient care.
