Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking an MRI Tech to supervise imaging sections, coordinate staff and ensure efficient workflow. The role requires leadership experience and a strong MRI technical background.

You will supervise personnel, manage equipment, and contribute to maintaining high-quality patient care. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an Accredited MRI program, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT, Texas Medical Board License, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of MRI.
• Associates of Science or Higher preferred but not required.
• Four years MRI experience.
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required.
• Texas Medical Board License required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and staffing of imaging sections; evaluates performance and motivates staff.
• Demonstrates proficiency with MRI equipment and positioning techniques; manages preparation and technical factors.
• Maintains inventory and service records; coordinates preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Ensures efficient workflow and timely patient start times; optimizes room turnover.
