Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Medical Imaging Field Engineer III to service MR equipment in the D.C. Metro area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthineers systems, ensuring reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, time, and service-call closures while maintaining strong customer relationships. A company car, cell phone, computer, and tools are provided to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree or military training preferred.
• Proficient in using tools and service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service MR equipment in the D.C. Metro area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Help manage financial performance within territory through inventory management, time management, and timely service call closure.
• Manage assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately.
