Siemens Healthineers seeks a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 1 to service MR equipment in the D.C. metro area, installing, maintaining and modifying imaging systems at customer sites and training operators for optimal performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ Years of field service experience is desired.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willing to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.

Responsabilidades

• You will be servicing MR Equipment in the D.C. metro area; engineer level based on prior experience.
• You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that installs, services, maintains and modifies imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide adequate training of operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within your territory, aiming for revenue, expense control and inventory goals.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts; maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
