Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process resident Notices to Vacate (NTV) and move-outs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and approve Final Account Statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up with vendors for delayed or missing invoices and identify trends for leadership.
• Lead team meetings, provide training, and support with new projects or initiatives.
• Support internal debt recovery efforts as needed.
