Job summary

Caring Transitions of Upstate SC in Greenville/Spartanburg is seeking a Move Manager – Senior Relocation & Downsizing to guide seniors and families through downsizing, relocation, and estate clearing. The role blends coordination, hands-on organizing, and compassionate client support.

We will train the right individual to be a leader in the NASMM-certified Move Management field, with a focus on meaningful service and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to lift light household items and stay active on the job.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in senior services, caregiving, organizing, or moving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through sorting, rightsizing, and decision-making.
• Create customized move plans and coordinate schedules.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for moving, donation, or sale.
• Oversee move day and supervise movers.
• Unpack and fully set up the client’s new home.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members.
• Go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
