Qualifications

  • 1+ years in move management or related field is a plus but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
  • Ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic budgeting experience; NASMM training is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable transportation; on-site work as needed.
  • Background check required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations and develop customized move plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate logistics: packing, inventory, transportation, and placement.
  • Supervise and schedule move crews, vendors, and third-party services.
  • Create and maintain detailed inventories, floor plans, and checklists.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and family members; provide status updates.
  • Manage budgets, estimates, invoices, and cost tracking.
  • Handle delicate items, estate or downsizing projects with sensitivity.
  • Ensure NASMM best practices and company policies are followed.
  • Provide post-move follow up and resolve client concerns.

Senior Move Manager (Part‑Time → Potential Full‑Time)

Location: Upstate SC — Hybrid/On‑site as required. Hours: 20–25 hours/week to start; may increase based on workload. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel in Upstate SC.
