Job summary

The Downsizers LLC is seeking a Downsizing Specialist/Mover to support clients through sorting, packing, loading, and settling belongings in their new homes. You will follow Move Plans, work with the Downsizing Manager, and ensure compassionate, high-quality service across on-site and transport tasks.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, drive company vehicles, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in moving, logistics, warehouse, or physically demanding work.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Downsizing Manager, Project Manager, and Team Lead to implement Move Plans and timelines.
• Assist clients in determining which items to keep, donate, sell, or discard.
• Professionally pack, wrap, and protect client belongings for transport, and load/unload moving trucks.
