Job summary

Caring Transitions of Upstate SC is seeking a Move Manager – Senior Relocation & Downsizing to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing and moving. The role blends project coordination, hands-on organizing, and compassionate client support.

We are NASMM certified and will train the right person to become a leader in move management. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are offered as part of our mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to lift light items and stay active on the job.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in senior services, caregiving, organizing, or moving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through sorting, rightsizing, and decision-making
• Create customized move plans and coordinate schedules
• Pack, label, and prepare items for moving, donation, or sale
• Oversee move day and supervise movers
• Unpack and fully set up the client’s new home
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members

About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate, organized individuals to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocating, and estate clearing. This role blends project coordination, hands-on organizing, and meaningful client support.
Caring Transitions of Upstate SC is a NASMM certified Move Management company. We will train the right individual to be a leader in the industry.

What You’ll Do
