Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced engineer to design and develop motor control algorithms for PM, PMSM and induction motors. You will work on real-time embedded control, power electronics and data acquisition across embedded platforms.

Responsibilities include modeling, simulation and lab validation, with a focus on performance and reliability in EV/HEV applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of EV architecture and modelling.
• Experience with IPM/PM, switched reluctance motors and induction motors.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop motor control algorithms for various motors and drive systems.
• Analyze, simulate and optimize control algorithms for servo systems and power electronics.
• Test and validate in lab environments; support hardware and data acquisition.
