Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with focus on motor control or DC/DC converters.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in control systems, embedded firmware, or similar engineering roles.
• Strong experience in control theory and practical motor control and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and support software for precision variable frequency drives.
• Apply control theory to firmware algorithms for motor and DC/DC converter control.
• Adhere to coding standards and software processes for maintainable code.
• Collaborate with customers and end users to improve performance and reliability.
• Lead code reviews and design reviews to ensure robust architecture.
• Document designs with clear comments and reports for knowledge sharing.
• Identify and resolve software/firmware defects and verify fixes.
• Develop reusable software components and integrate into new product designs.
• Work with electrical hardware engineers to optimize software-hardware performance.
