Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Motion Designer, Direct to Consumer, to craft video, animation and motion content across web, social, email and paid channels. You will tell product stories that drive action for Shark and Ninja brands, across hair care to kitchen systems.

You bring 5+ years of motion design and video editing, deep skills in Premiere Pro/After Effects, and a keen eye for social-native formats. Join a fast-paced, growth-oriented creative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video editing, motion design and animation.
• Portfolio showing product video, motion graphics and storytelling across digital formats.
• Experience producing AI Generative Creative using node-based tools: Flora, Weavy.
• Proficiency with OpenAI or Claude.
• Expert in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept, edit, and animate video and motion content for SharkNinja DTC channels.
• Create product demos, lifestyle content, and storytelling pieces that convert and engage.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and NPD team across the product launch lifecycle.
• Design and animate digital assets including GIFs, HTML5 banners, and web-native motion content.
• Partner with producers, photographers, and brand teams to integrate footage into final deliverables.
• Develop and maintain motion guidelines and animation templates for consistency.
• Stay ahead of trends in video storytelling and platform formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Manage post-production workflow across multiple simultaneous projects.
