SharkNinja seeks a Senior Manager of Social Creative Acceleration to lead the end-to-end production pipeline for global social content across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja Kitchen. • Proven experience building and scaling operational systems for global social content.

• Architect end-to-end social creative operating model across intake, production, and delivery.
• Plan resources, capacity, and budget for three brands and multiple markets.
• Oversee end-to-end content production across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social.
• Drive tooling, automation, and AI-enabled processes to improve throughput and quality.
