Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager of Social Creative Acceleration to own the end-to-end production infrastructure for global social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid channels. You will lead a team, set governance, and build scalable processes across Ninja, Shark Home, and Shark Beauty, ensuring on-brand, timely delivery.

You will also own tooling strategy, from brief management to localization, and drive AI-enabled innovations while maintaining high creative quality.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in creative/production operations within high-growth organizations.
• Experience building scalable operational systems for social/brand teams.
• Proven ability to lead resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve end-to-end social creative operating model across intake, production, and delivery.
• Define governance, standards, and planning to scale across global social channels.
• Own full workflow from intake to delivery, including routing, approvals, and handoffs.
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions to protect quality and timelines.
• Build repeatable processes and templates to scale output while maintaining quality.
• Lead team of Project Managers and manage capacity and budgets.
