Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Designer for its New Product Development (NPD) & Optimization team to craft high-impact digital creative for Shark and Ninja’s DTC channels. You’ll design always-on creative, landing pages, and conversion-focused assets that bring product launches to life online, aligning brand integrity with performance.

You will join a fast-moving creative team that ships work our consumers interact with daily, requiring strong typography, layout, and design-system discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience in DTC, ecommerce, or agency.
• Strong portfolio across ecommerce pages and campaigns.
• Experience creating AI-generated creatives with node-based tools.
• Proficient in Figma; skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent typography, layout, and design system literacy.
• Experience with conversion-driven environments and A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets: product wrappers, landing pages, emails, and on-site modules.
• Collaborate with ACD and Creative Director on seasonal launches.
• Create creatives balancing brand storytelling with conversion.
• Translate briefs into production-ready assets with marketing and product teams.
• Support A/B testing through variant design and hypotheses.
• Maintain brand design system consistency.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Contribute to creative reviews with clear rationale.
