SharkNinja Studios is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Content Studio to translate briefs into compelling visual worlds. This art-first role requires strong taste, storytelling, and the ability to shape moodboards, style boards, and production-ready decks for campaigns across social, retail, and media.

You will partner with a global team, guide visual direction, and use AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining craft and consistency in fast-paced productions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in art/creative direction, visual development, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio with moodboards, style boards, and campaign development.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems for video and social content.

Responsibilities

• Own visual development across campaigns, including moodboards and pre-production decks.
• Create graphic style guides for typography, layouts, and motion references.
• Translate briefs and product demos into clear visual concepts.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, designers, and external partners.
• Support casting, wardrobe, location scouting, and art department alignment.
