Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts through technical sales and relationship management.
• Reengage dormant customers to identify new projects and opportunities.
• Visit customer sites to evaluate applications and propose motor/automation solutions.
• Review specs and prepare quotations with engineering support.
• Collaborate with engineers and internal teams on product selection and troubleshooting.
• Manage sales cycle from consultations to orders and account support.
• Develop growth plans and maintain forecasts in CRM.
