• Experience with high-volume recruiting and hiring classes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across mortgage sales, operations, and corporate roles.
• Lead high-volume and class-based recruiting initiatives.
• Proactively source and headhunt passive mortgage candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, class sizes, timelines, and strategies.
• Conduct candidate screens and manage through interview, offer, and acceptance.
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR administration tasks.
• Support benefits administration and routine HR questions.
• Assist with HR audits and employee relations as needed.
