Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high volume environments, ideally call centers.
• Proven track record of identifying top candidates.
• Technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of recruitment regulations and practices.
• Experience using social media outlets for recruitment, such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
• Familiarity with HR best practices.
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to establish credibility and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organization and scheduling skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and deploying the company’s Human Capital Strategy and improve culture, processes and efficiency.
• Manage talent pipelining from intake through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on decisions and compensation discussions.
• Provide guidance on market conditions affecting attraction and retention.
• Identify best channels for internal and external job advertising.
• Coordinate external recruitment events and represent the company.
• Screen resumes and assess fit with roles and organization.
• Maintain ongoing communications with applicants and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and participate in new hire processes as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
