Job summary

OriLoan Financial, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit motivated loan officers across California and Texas. You will source candidates, post roles, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep CRM records up to date.

This role emphasizes networking, outreach, and relationship-building with candidates interested in mortgage lending. We offer scripts and training, CRM support, and opportunities to grow with a modern mortgage business.
