Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to manage the full lifecycle of mortgage due diligence projects, acting as the main liaison with clients and internal teams.

You will review NPL/RPL and Scratch & Dent portfolios, ensure consistent servicing outcomes, and provide coaching and training to analysts. The role requires deep knowledge of mortgage products, servicing operations, and regulatory requirements, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage due diligence experience.
• 4 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage products (e.g., Jumbo Prime, Non-Prime, Conforming, FHA/VA, Non-QM, DSCR, NPL/RPL, MSR).
• Proven knowledge of mortgage compliance (RESPA, TILA, TRID, ATR/QM, Dodd-Frank, and related regs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and file reviews (payment history, escrow, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, investor reporting).
• Extensive experience reviewing NPL, RPL, and Scratch & Dent loan files with regulatory and investor considerations.
• Experience with RMBS rating criteria and grading; proficient with loan review platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client projects.
• Lead kickoff calls for new clients or special projects.
• Deliver client reports on an agreed schedule.
• Provide coaching and training to staff; lead team meetings.
• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate communications.
• Review complex servicing exceptions and advise on compliance.
