Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the full lifecycle of client projects in mortgage servicing, including NPL, RPL, and Scratch & Dent portfolios.

You will lead kickoff calls, coordinate staff, deliver client reports, and coach team members to ensure accurate outcomes and regulatory compliance. The role requires deep expertise in servicing reviews, loan history analysis, loss mitigation and investor reporting, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage due diligence experience.
• 4+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Jumbo Prime, Non-Prime, Conforming, FHA/VA, Non-QM, DSCR, NPL/RPL, and MSR.
• Experience with RESPA, TILA, TRID, ATR/QM, Dodd-Frank and related regulations.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, file reviews, and loss mitigation.
• Experience reviewing NPL, RPL, and Scratch & Dent files.
• Familiarity with RMBS rating criteria.
• Proficiency with mortgage loan review platforms and MS Office.
• Excellent time management and client service skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client projects.
• Coordinate work assignments and manage completion timelines.
• Lead kick-off calls with new clients or projects.
• Provide coaching and training to staff.
• Prepare and deliver client reports on schedule.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Review complex servicing exceptions and ensure accurate outcomes.
• Guide staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
