Qualifications

• Three to four years of mortgage servicing or related financial operations experience.
• Working knowledge of mortgage servicing practices and regulations (RESPA, TILA, TRID, Reg Z, Reg X).
• Proficiency with Encompass, FICS, Excel, and Office applications.
• Strong attention to accuracy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own escrow analysis activities and resolve member questions.
• Administer property tax processing and reconcile data.
• Process and reconcile daily mortgage activity across systems and ledgers.
• Monitor homeowners and flood insurance coverage; coordinate with insurers.
• Board and deboard mortgages in servicing systems; handle modifications and updates.
• Provide timely assistance to members on payments and servicing matters.
• Perform quality control reviews to prevent errors.
