Qualifications

• At least five years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of real estate lending criteria and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mortgage Servicing team to deliver accurate, compliant service.
• Set KPIs, optimize processes, and partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Ops.
• Oversee escrow analysis, tax payments, and insurance monitoring.
• Coach associates and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
