German American Bancorp is seeking a Mortgage Operations Processor to coordinate the processing of mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy in Jasper, Indiana. You will review files, gather documentation, and prepare materials for underwriting, ensuring smooth movement from application to closing.

You will work closely with loan originators and underwriters, handling appraisals, title work, and disclosures while maintaining service levels and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other documentation.
• Clear underwriting conditions and prepare disclosures as needed.
• Help move loans from application to closing by processing and organizing files.
